Visualization Purpose

All 3D whitebox models are provided for visualization and conceptual planning purposes only. They are not intended to serve as architectural, structural, or engineering documentation and should not be used as a substitute for construction drawings prepared by a licensed professional.

Dimensional Accuracy

Models are built to the best possible accuracy based on client-provided documentation. Studio Venza is not responsible for discrepancies arising from inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the client. All dimensions should be independently verified before any construction, renovation, or significant purchasing decisions are made.

Intellectual Property & Permitted Use

The 3D model file is licensed to the client for personal use only. It may not be redistributed, resold, sublicensed, or modified for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Studio Venza. Studio Venza retains the right to use the model in its own portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Your model opens in SketchUp Free at no additional cost and is yours to keep permanently.

Software Compatibility

Files are delivered in a format compatible with SketchUp Free at time of delivery. Studio Venza does not guarantee compatibility with all software versions or third-party applications.

Results

Outcomes described in Studio Venza marketing materials are illustrative and not a guarantee of results. Individual outcomes vary based on client participation, documentation accuracy, budget, contractor execution, and product availability.

Conceptual Nature of Design

All designs, layouts, and specifications are conceptual in nature. Final results may differ based on actual room conditions, contractor execution, material substitutions, and site variables not present during the design process.

Budget Estimates

All budget breakdowns and investment guidance are based on information available at the time of design and are subject to change. Studio Venza is not responsible for changes in product pricing or availability that occur after final design delivery.

Scope Limitations

The Design Clarity Package does not include structural, electrical, plumbing, or building code advice, nor does Studio Venza manage vendors, contractors, or purchasing on the client's behalf. Please consult a licensed professional for all structural and mechanical matters.

Refinement Round

One refinement round is included per project, covering bounded adjustments submitted within 7 days of initial design delivery. Requests submitted outside this window or driven by a shift in overall design direction may be subject to additional fees.

Non-Refundable Deposit

The deposit paid at signing is non-refundable once the model build has commenced.

Outcome Representations

Client success examples referenced on the Visualization Partnership page are drawn from individual experiences and are not a guarantee of results. Outcomes vary based on project type, documentation quality, and factors outside Studio Venza's control.

Documentation Dependency

All renderings are produced based on documentation provided by the contracting firm. Studio Venza is not liable for inaccuracies resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or subsequently revised client-provided materials. It is the client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of submitted documentation prior to kickoff.

Revision Guarantee

The revision guarantee applies only when complete and accurate documentation has been submitted at kickoff and the client participates in the scheduled Zoom redline session. Additional revision rounds driven by client-side design changes are available as paid add-ons.

File Usage Rights

Upon receipt of final payment, the contracting firm receives perpetual rights to use delivered renderings for client presentations, portfolio, website, social media, and award submissions. Studio Venza retains the right to use renderings in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. Renderings may not be resold or sublicensed to third parties.

Rush Availability

Rush delivery is subject to current availability and is not guaranteed. Availability is confirmed at the time of inquiry only.

Confidentiality

All project documentation submitted by the contracting firm is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties.

Not Professional Advice

Studio Venza's services constitute design and visualization guidance only. Nothing delivered constitutes legal, structural, engineering, financial, or contractual advice. Clients should consult licensed professionals for all such matters.

Liability Limitation

Studio Venza's liability in connection with any project is limited to the fees paid for that project. Studio Venza is not liable for incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or reliance on any deliverable.

Third-Party Products

Product recommendations are provided as a convenience. Studio Venza does not endorse specific vendors and is not responsible for product quality, pricing changes, or availability after delivery.

Pricing & Availability

Service pricing and availability are subject to change without notice. Pricing confirmed in a signed agreement governs the applicable project.
